Preordering allows you to reserve fresh, locally sourced goods in advance for pickup at the Charlotte Regional Farmers Market. Simply select your items, choose a pickup time, and pay upon arrival. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please call or text Jova at 980-239-9373 at least 24 hours in advance. By placing a preorder, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Preorders must be picked up on Saturdays at the Charlotte Regional Farmers Market during the selected pickup time between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM or on Wednesdays at the North Meck Community Farmers Market between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. A 30-minute grace period is provided after the selected pickup time. If the order is not picked up within this timeframe, it may be resold, and no guarantees will be made for item availability. Payment is due upon arrival at the market and must be completed before receiving your order. Preorders do not require payment upfront.

If you need to cancel your preorder, you must contact Jova as soon as possible by calling or texting 980-239-9373. Frequent cancellations may result in the inability to place preorders in the future. Any modifications to an order, such as adding or removing items, must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Please be advised that orders placed less than 72 hours before the pickup date are not guaranteed. In the event that your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified.
